It involves regular meetings with clear agendas, accountability and reporting. There are three types of meetings that take place throughout the year.
We start our coaching program by identifying your goals at these two one-day meetings. Owners and leadership teams dream about where they want to see the business in one year, three years and ten years. What does the business look like? Once that picture has been painted, we start gaining traction by identifying and assigning the tasks required to reach that goal.
At these meetings, the highest priority goals for the quarter are identified. The goals could be related to any aspect of your business: operations, finance, staffing, organization, etc. The goals are set by you and your team. Once they’re set, we create a list of tasks required to reach each goal. Each task is assigned to an individual, which creates accountability and therefore, a better chance it will get completed. Don’t get overwhelmed by this part. We only select a few goals each quarter so that they are attainable but also keep the business moving forward.
These monthly phone calls are to ensure you’re making progress on your goals and to identify any roadblocks to progress. They’re a chance to celebrate the wins and deal with any deterrents to success.
